As I write, we are in the process of launching a new Step2.com. (Or, as I fondly refer to it, Step2.0) We’ve added some new features, improved others, and are in the process of adding even more.
You’ll find the following (in no particular order):
Once again, we’re looking for ways to serve you better, and hopefully you’ll find that navigating our site is infinitely easier than before. Also, while we still offer exceptional phone support, you’ll also find that with an online help center you can now get service 24/7.
We’re pretty confident that we’ve worked out all of the bugs, but we won’t discount Murphy’s Law. If you run into anything that looks like it’s not working right, please let us know by using our “Contact Step2″ form, or by emailing
