There are two things you can keep in mind regarding our promotions: 1) Once they end, it is unlikely that they will be repeated soon. 2) If you purchase an item and it goes on sale within a week or two, we will often honor the sale price and refund you the difference if you request it. Please note that these guidelines are not guarantees, but are the most common practices here at Step2.

The most accurate data we have on distribution is reflected via our store locator tool at http://www.step2.com/storelocator/ and you can use your 6-digit postal code (put a space after the first three digits, ie B6B 4G3) to find stores near you that offer our products.

Unfortunately, often our Canada shipments go through distribution centers, so we don’t always know which stores they end up in. The best way to search is to select “Any” in the product box, and just call a few of the places. Some of the smaller stores may not carry it, but may be more willing to special order for you.
