		<description><![CDATA[If you are firm with your kids from the beginning, and I mean before they are 1, they will understand that you mean it when you say they must remain in bed.  It does take a bit of repetition sometimes to reinforce the rules.  I do not like beds being used as play places.  The research has shown that even adults need a &quot;sleeping&quot; environment - no TV etc.  Start them off right in the beginning with soft music and a &quot;lovey&quot; (blanket, doll, stuffed toy).  And adds lots of love from you!]]></description>
