When we have hit our highest ever level of obese children it is more important than ever for children to play outside. Thank you for stating all of the obvious and not so obvious reasons with info to back it up.

It is so important for kids to be outside!! We are outside when it is nice for at least 2 hours (spaced out). On really nice days we are probably out for longer. Thanks for sharing such an important topic
