I’ve finally given up after over a month of trying. Not sure if the US has the same issue but after waiting two weeks and then getting a call from Sears, they blamed Step 2 for not being able to fulfill your orders.

If you want the one with lights, you can order the version from Sears Canada and then order a light kit through Customer Service by calling 1-800-347-8372 Monday – Friday, from 8-5 ET to place your order.

I was just speaking to someone in customer service at step 2 who told me sears carries it, but when i looked it up on the sears website is says that step 2 could not keep up the demand for this product so sears Canada had to stop selling it. its obvious that it is a huge hit in Canada so why not sell it here. My little guy wants Santa to bring this bed to him so bad, can you pleaseee help me out!
