It seems like every day we read another article about the growing epidemic of childhood obesity and the challenges we, as a country, have in reversing it. Earlier this year Step2 partnered with the ‘nPlay Foundation to help join the fight. ‘nPlay is a non-profit made up of 40 professional athletes from 17 sports.

‘Nplay’s mission is to provide every child the opportunity to play and be active on a daily basis.  They have combined forces with schools to put their mission statement into action.  This summer, Step2 donated  toys focused on active play to an elementary school in Mounds Bayou, Mississippi through their partnership with the ‘nplay Foundation.

Step2 invites you to join us in the support of this Foundation and its call to end childhood obesity. You can easily show your support by casting a vote for ‘nplay in the annual Chase Community Giving Program.  Through this program, Chase Bank will award $5,000,000 to charities receiving the most votes between now and September 19^th, 2012. Voting is easy.
